Air Duct and Dryer Vent Cleaning in Vancouver

5.0
Google rating across 100+ reviews

Our booking system has more jobs at Vancouver addresses than in any other BC city, more than 140 so far, and more than one in four of them included a dryer vent cleaning. Between mid-July and mid-October 2026, our crews made 26 visits to Vancouver addresses.

In the 2021 census, about six in ten Vancouver households lived in an apartment building and only about one in seven in a single-detached house. A 1950s house with a basement furnace and a condo with one long dryer line are very different jobs, and we price them that way.

In a house, we clean every supply and return vent, the trunk lines and branches, and the furnace if it's on your quote: blower, burners and cabinet. Central AC and heat pumps that share the furnace ducts blow through the same vents, so clean ducts help both. AC coil cleaning is a separate add-on. Before the system is closed, we invite you to see the final cleaning of the main trunk, and the technician reviews the completed service with you.

What we see

What We Find in Vancouver Homes

Vancouver's 22 local areas hold everything from pre-1960 houses to high-rise towers.

Long dryer vents in condos and townhouses

In a Vancouver condo or townhouse the dryer vent can run a long way through the building to reach an outside wall, and every elbow is a place for lint to settle. Drying slows down and the line runs hotter, so we clear the lint out of the line itself.

Houses built in 1960 or earlier

About one in five Vancouver homes was built in 1960 or earlier, according to the 2021 census. A house that age has had 60-plus years of dust drawn into its returns, and any renovation since then has added plaster or drywall dust on top. So we clean the return side as carefully as the supply side, from the trunk line out to each branch.

Laneway houses

The City has issued more than 4,000 permits for new laneway houses since 2017. A laneway house is a second, separate home on the lot, which means a second set of vents to clean: any ducted heating, a bathroom fan, and a dryer vent if it has laundry. We can quote it together with the main house.

The furnace with the ducts

About three in ten of our Vancouver jobs included furnace cleaning. A blower caked with dust pushes some of it straight back into clean ducts the first time the heat comes on, so we suggest doing the furnace in the same visit. You can still get a ducts-only quote and add the furnace before the visit.

What We Do in Vancouver

Every home is quoted on its own: the number of vents, whether the furnace is included, and how we reach the ductwork. Tell us about your home in the form above and your quote comes back by text and email.

Questions

Duct Cleaning in Vancouver: Questions

Get a quote
How much does duct cleaning cost in Vancouver?

We price each home from what's in it: how many vents, whether the furnace is part of the job, and how the ductwork is reached. Send the quote form and a written price comes back by text and email, usually within the hour. You pay after the service.

Can you clean the ducts in an older character house?

Yes. We clean every supply and return vent in the house, trunk lines and branches included. If the ducts run through a crawlspace or attic, that access is quoted up front.

Do you clean laneway houses?

Yes. A laneway house can be quoted with the main house or on its own. In the quote form, list what it has: a furnace and ducts, a dryer vent, a bathroom fan.

Do I need my strata or building manager to book access?

Check your building's rules first. Access and working hours vary from one strata to the next, which is why we quote condos and apartments individually. Once you know what the building needs, we book the visit around it.

Can I book dryer vent cleaning in Vancouver without a duct cleaning?

Yes. A dryer vent can be booked on its own or added to an air duct cleaning in the same visit.
